Can you give a Sex referral?

Recently a friend, who shall not be named, told me that a someone of the same sex contacted her about a guy who was pursuing her. He gave her my friends contact info as a sex reference.

She admitted he was a good guy, the sex was great and could be trusted for just a hook up.
